I grew up with a lot of fishermans in my family back in the Philippines. Almost everyday we have fresh fish, shrimp, crab and a lot more. I love eating them especially the way my Mom cooks it because she have so many different ways to cook it. Now that I'm married and living abroad, I miss eating the fresh seafood . Then as I surfed in the internet, I found this great website called
www.GreatAmericanSeafoodCookOff.com. This website is all about cooking seafood with the best chefs. Since I love seafood. I eat just about everything that is sold in the local markets in the seafood section here in America. They have a recipe from
cook off you can choose from. For me, I choose Louisiana Shrimp and Andouille Cassoulet by Chef Brian Landry. Because shrimp is always my all time favorite seafood. And this recipe is pretty easy to make and not much of engridients which I like so much. I might try to make it this weekend when hubys home all day and good thing when I check our pantry, I have all the ingredients that I need. One thing about using domestic seafood is that they have a great taste, fresh and easy to make. So, if you and your family wants some good variety of seafood recipe, check out this website.
