Well, we were suppose to get up to a foot of snow here in south Denver last night. But, when we woke up, we only had about 3-4 inches on the ground. Which is good, because it will melt faster and make it easier for me to go outside and take Rachel for a walk in her stroller or walk to the store. It's funny that most people that live outside Colorado think Denver is cold and gets a lot of snow in the wintertime. But, the winter here isn't really that bad and sometimes the days here in December or January are very nice. I guess it's because we have so many sunny days here, so the snow usually melts pretty fast after a snowstorm. The nights are still cold, but during the sunny days, I only need to wear a light jacket most of the time. My hubby said later this week we will drive up to the mountains to see all the fresh snow.
