My hubby took me and Rachel to a very nice restaurant for Valentine's dinner tonight. I wasn't too hungry because I had a late lunch, but I was looking forward to an evening out with the three of us. We were surprised the restaurant wasn't very crowded, but we just had some snow and it's pretty cold out tonight. Our waitress at first didn't seem to be taking care of us very well at first, but over the course of the meal, she really did a great job for us. Since I wasn't real hungry, we ordered chips and queso for an appetizer and fish & chips for a meal for us to share. I also had a side salad. Lately, when we are eating, Rachel uses a spoon to play with her food and act like she is using it to eat. It's really funny, because she will put the spoon in her food, move it around and then just picks up the food with her hand and puts it in her mouth. Then she does the same thing all over again. She really tries to copy what we do, which makes it really easy for us to teach her new things. Well, it was a nice, quiet, enjoyable and romantic evening for us.

We have had a real busy day today taking care of things around the house, paying bills and all that kind of fun stuff.  We have been so busy we haven't even decided on where to go tonight to celebrate Valentine's Day.  Going somewhere that both me and my hubby will enjoy and also Rachel can be challenging to find.  So, I guess we will go to Dave & Buster's in south Denver.  It's a combination of a sports bar, elegant restaurant and a huge arcade with dozens of games.  After having a nice dinner in their restaurant, we will go and play some games in the arcade.  Even though Rachel is still a little young for the games, she should have fun watching us and all the kids playing
and running around the arcade.

I'm still tired  after our trip and we drove all night and got home at six in the morning.  I had a great time and so did hubby.  We all tired and planning to eat out later.  I don't feel like cooking for our dinner tonight.   Right now, hubby was playing Rachel and watching barney.  Rachel favorite show is  Barney now.  She doesn't like to watch Pooh anymore.  I like Barney more because they have lots of music and Rachel just love dancing every time she hears Barney singing.  It's really fun watching her reacting on her new love Barney.
